| This Self-Study Continuing Professional Education Module is intended to provide an introduction and overview of soy and health. The health areas discussed include heart, bone, breast, prostate and gastrointestinal health, cognition, weight/body composition and diabetes. Selected studies are used to illustrate typical research designs and outcomes. |

| This Self-Study Continuing Professional Education Module is intended to provide an introduction and overview of soy nutrition basics including soy composition, processing and soy foods. Brief comments are included about soy and health and counseling clients about soy foods. |
