Chef Chris Consalvo

"Chef CC" grew up in Philadelphia during the city’s era of new culinary innovations, blending ethnic neighborhood cuisine with traditional ideas.

At the age of 14, Chef CC had to begin preparing meals for her terminally ill mother. She began to realize the nutritional value that whole foods held. Her love of high-quality, local produce brought her to Los Angeles. She brought with her years of restaurant experience at La Bec Fin, the Monte Carlo Living Room, and her culinary talent, timing and technique.

Now, Chef CC leads a food movement stemming from her fiery passion for fresh-picked, local ingredients and the knowledge of the necessity of sustainable practices. In addition to her high profile and celebrity clientele, Chef CC continues her latest culinary venture: a meal delivery service she coined Clean Plate Meals.
