SOYJOY
Battle of the Chefs: Eco-Cuisine
    Winning chef: Andrew Kirschner

This Earth Day, when we're all looking for ways to reduce our impact, SOYJOY is shining the spotlight on something we often overlook: our eating habits. SOYJOY, in association with nonprofit Gen Art, presented a dynamic live cooking competition between three noteworthy local eco-chefs. It was a culinary combat for a good cause: raising national awareness of the importance of eco-friendly foods, soy in particular. Doing something good for your body can also be good for the earth.

Soy is one of the most energy efficient sources of protein, and switching to more earth-friendly foods like soy can reduce your carbon footprint while enhancing your diet. And on Wednesday, April 22, in Los Angeles, SOJOY showed that healthy foods make for a healthy competition.
